In order for us to promptly process your return, you must also
send the merchandise back to us in the original or other sturdy
box, along with your original order confirmation number, found
on the invoice or original packing receipt. Returns must be postmarked
no later than 30 days from the date you received your order to
be accepted and processed.
RETURN PROCEDURE: You must
first call us to get a return authorization number before returning
any product. In order to obtain a refund, all the products ordered
must be returned in the time frame above. For example, if you
ordered a 3-month supply, you have 30 days from the date you
received the 3-month supply to obtain a return authorization
number. Packages returned without a return authorization number
will not be processed or re-credited. To
get an authorization number please call 800-726-6512. Once
a return authorization number is given, you have 5 business days
to return the product. If you fail to return it within that 5-day
period the guarantee is voided. If more
than a one-month supply of any product from your initial order
is returned with the seal broken, or if the container is opened,
used or empty, your refund will be adjusted downward to reflect
the additionally used or open returned product.
You must return all bottles and containers ordered and delivered for a refund.
Example: If you ordered a 3-month supply of Cardio 360®, you must return 3 bottles
of the Cardio 360® tablets and 3 containers of the Cardio 360® Fish Oil gel caps.
If you fail to return the complete order, you will only be credited for the
bottles and containers returned. In the instance where product is returned
and the original order included a free 1-month supply, the free 1-month supply
will not count as part of a paid order when all the product bottles and containers
ordered are not returned.
We suggest you send all items back to us in a traceable form, whether it's
by UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, US mail, etc. The package being returned is
the customer's responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
* We will refund 100% of the amount paid for product returned less shipping
and handling charges for initial orders only. We do not accept returns on
Continuity or Auto-Ship orders.
